What is PHC return policy?

All sales are final and we do not issue refunds. We offer store credit only. If you would like to exchange your hair, it must be in its original state; bundles have not been unraveled, washed, brushed/combed, cut or colored. We will not accept hair that has been installed or altered.

Can I order online & pickup in store?

Unfortunately this option isn't available. 

How much hair do I need?         

A full sew in requires at least 2 bundles. For inches 20 & up we recommend 3 bundles although 2 bundles will work.

How long does our hair last?

Our hair has no expiration date!

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship in 2-7 days after ordering.

What is the difference between the Modest Collection & Prestige Collection?

Both collections feature raw sourced hair with full intact & aligned cuticles. Our Prestige Collection is single donor hair meaning it comes from the head of 1 person, 4 oz of hair full from top to bottom, comes in natural color & can be bleached to light blonde. Our Modest Hair comes from 2 donors, comes in black color, is 3.4 oz bundles & can be dyed to dark blonde. Both collections offer quality hair, non-shedding, non-tangling, & has no expiration date.
