No Cancellations or Refunds

Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them.

Exchange Policy We offer an exchange option for our customers under specific conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only possible if there is an issue with the product that is attributable to our company, such as a defect or incorrect item shipped.

2. Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team withinΒ 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Hair must be in its original form the same way you received. If hair has order, been bleached, ties removed, or altered in anyway hair will not be accepted back.

3. Return Shipping: If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Instructions for return shipping will be provided by our customer service team.

4. Exchange Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item. The shipping time for the replacement may vary depending on availability.
