Please note that our business is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday only.

We kindly ask for 3–5 business days to process your order. Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 1–3 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

During high-volume periods such as sales, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses match to avoid delays. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded while in processing.

We stand behind the quality of our raw hair. While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges in select cases to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges may be approved under the following conditions:
• The hair has not been worn, installed, altered, or tampered with (including removal of zip ties or tags).
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and a description of the issue. Upon approval, we’ll offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and policies listed above, including our processing times, shipping guidelines, and strict no refund/exchange policy.


We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3–6 business days for processing before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Important: To avoid delays, ensure your billing and shipping addresses match. If they do not, your order will not be confirmed. During sales and promotional periods, please allow 7–10 business days for processing due to high order volume.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed and are actively processing.
